As in previous years we encourage our members to pay up-front for their season's club TTs, so it's excellent value at £56, equivalent to 16 rides at £3.50 - for that you get to ride all the club TTs (but not including our open TT or any closed circuit events we're able to promote). A single payment of £70 covers membership, TTs & refreshments. See Fees for details. Payment by PayPal is easy and our prefered method.

Course descriptions added for the K10/25A and the K10/10C (see Course Index). The K10/25A is the old 2-lap Princethorpe course which we used before the Ryton island made the 2-lap A45 course possible. The K10/10C was used for the 2003 National 10 when roadworks in Ryton made the K10/10 unusable. With so many courses unavailable this season the intention is to offset over-use of the K10/10. We'll review that as the season proceeds.

You're probably aware that roadworks around the A45 exit and the M45 island will continue until August, thus affecting 9 of our scheduled events. But fear not, we're looking at other options, in conjunction with other clubs, so a full season will go ahead. Here is a provisional list of 2025 events which may change as the season unfolds. An addition to the club rules was agreed at the AGM of 25/2/25 to formalise our policy on refunds. This has now been incorporated into a new section which covers financial matters. The revised version can be seen on Club Rules 2025.

Long serving club member Alan Saitch passed away on Christmas Eve at the Town Thorns Nursing Home, Easenhall, aged 84. Alan was a regular member of our timekeeping team and his wife Val always helped with the refreshments. All our thoughts go out to Val and family.

Our final event of the season was our hill climb at Newnham, with field of 10 riders, sadly only 4 of them Rugby RCC members.

Our Rugby Flyer road bike event resulted in fine weather and 6 riders going under the hour, with local rider Sam Harding setting a new standard with his time of 54:54. Our final evening TT of the 2024 season was won by Guy Sanders by two seconds from Andy Craig, while Allison Morris took the handicap.
