New Volunteer System

Our previous system for volunteering through the booking system didn't work too well as many riders just by-passed it. Instead we're trying a sysytem using a Google spreadsheet where all the season's events are listed and all you have to do is to enter your name for the event or events where you plan to assist. The downside of this system is that it's not possible to make it secure, so it could be open to abuse. However, it's very simple and worth a try, we'll just have to see how it works.

We cannot run events without volunteers, so you should be aiming to volunteer once for every eight rides.
