Results for 18th June 2008 - Course: K10/25B Princethorpe-A45

Despite blustery conditions most of the 29 riders who rode the new 25-mile course voted it a success and an improvement over the old 2-lap course and its notorious 'caravan hill'. Conditions were never going to produce fast times, but Hywel Davies and Craig Sterrett went under the hour and there were even PBs for Russel Green, Rob Robson and Simon Brand. The new course uses the K10/10 start near Princethorpe, then once on the A45 riders complete two 'laps' of the new Ryton island and the M45 island, before returning back towards Princethorpe, finishing after the 'S' bends. Welcome to Eliot Blundell who rode as a private entry last week and joined the club before riding this week.
