Results for 9th April 2008 - Course: K11/7.25 Grandborough Fields

Another fine ride by James Heaton, taking 3 seconds off the course record set by Hywel Davies two years ago. Although rain threatened the wind subsided and conditions were near perfect, if a little chilly. It was also another bumper turnout, with 45 riders all managing to finish before the light started to deteriorate. Another win in the handicap for Mike Bloom on his fixed wheel (an asset or an extra handicap?) This early in the season handicap results are unpredictable, with handicaps based on last year's performances and new members with only one previous ride.
