Results for 11th July 2007 - Course: K10/25A Bourton/Frankton

After a day of strong winds and cool temperatures conditions calmed and the evening turned out to be ideal for cycling, encouraging 31 riders to take part with 7 establishing PBs. Hywel Davies continued his 100% form, winning in 54-22, a record for him on this course. James Heaton continues to impress us all and in only his second ever 25 he recorded a 58-29 to take second place. In fact 4 riders went under the hour and it was also close for Rob Tobin, returning to form. One unlucky rider was Craig Sterrett who punctured on his second lap. Tony Johnson again put his new bike to good effect with his third win in a row in the handicap (although all this is due to catch up with him very soon!).
