Results for 16th August 2006
After last week's blip Hywel Davies is back to winning ways. Colin Stiles comes second, with Rob Tobin unable to ride due to illness, just as he's hitting top form. Just to make the point, Hywel moves ahead in the points table as Colin has to drop points as the best 18 rule kicks-in (see Points Table). In perfect conditions (yes guys, admit it, it doesn't get any better) our 30 competitors posted some excellent times, with PBs from Craig Sterrett, Brian Gale and Dave Pettifor, and 20 riders managed to beat their handicap target. Once again Ian Usher made a significant improvement in winning the handicap.
