Results for 21st April 2021 - Course: K10/10 Princethorpe

Another win for Gareth Harvey with Ian Taylor the best 1st claim rider. Once again it was a chilly evening despite welcome sunshine, with 47 riders entered pre-event. Times are improving as we've now held 4 events and the Princethorpe course never disappoints. There were 2 DNFs, with Vicky Nealon going off course and Brian Haycock experiencing an expensive mechanical in the transmission department. The handicap was won by the improving Christine Broughan as she carves minutes from her earlier times - that's what the handicap competition is about.

Some riders are still not calling their start number as they pass the finish, something all timekeepers appreciate, especially while we use the squad number system. Once Covid rules relax we hope to return to the conventional numbering and maybe even pushers-off.
