Results for 2nd September 2018 - Course: K3/13.6 Napton

Our experiment of moving the Napton Hilly to a Sunday morning had only limited success, with only 17 riders taking part including 6 private entries. The winner was Oliver Billing who became the first Rugby RCC 1st claim member to win an event outright this season, this being the 23rd event of 2018. Unfortunately Dave Kimberley came off on the bends in Hellidon and suffered a suspected broken collar bone. Otherwise everything else worked out well, with almost perfect weather and only one or two off-course excursions. With one more event to go the various points championships are almost settled, although mathematically late changes could occur.
