Craig McKee wins from a field of 48 riders, although the cold weather took the edge off the expected times on this normally fast course. Although rain threatened conditions remained dry, with only a slight headwind on the A45 outward leg. There were two DNFs, both opting to ride down to Ryton, forgetting this course turns at the memorial island..
