Lewis Jones's improvement continues, with a clear win from points leader Simon Bayliss, although the absent Simon Hall still has the marginaly better points-per-ride. The weather was a little kinder, although there was rain in the air. Matt Jones and Matt Plant, making their first appearances of the season, rode as a 2-up although it took the first five miles to find their rythm, but they made up for it on the return leg to finish strongly.
