Results for 10th June 2015 - Course: K10/25 Princethorpe - A45 x 2

A stiff cold breeze was never going to allow ultra-fast times, although Matt Clinton was close to the 30 mph average, and the first 13 riders all recorded sub-one hour times. Best first claim member was the improving Lewis Jones who actually missed the first five events but is quickly moving up the points table. Simon Bayliss was best on handicap, although 25 mile handicaps take a few events before reliable data can provide accurate predictions and the most recent times feed through. Caroline Read suffered a puncture just after half distance, while private entry Jim Lacey went off course, or to be more precise, rode the wrong course. Analysis of the results indicates that Matt Clinton, starting at no.31, overtook 13 riders during his 50-odd minute ride, including four sub-hour riders!
