Results for 27th May 2015 - Course: K11/10 Long Lawford

The battle of the two Simons continues, with Simon Hall just edging it by 7 seconds. Once again conditions were unfavourable, with a strong wind blowing against riders on the Fosse and rain threatening. The Lawford course is one of our toughest and combined with the conditions times were at least 10% slower than riders would expect for an average '10', with no one breaking the theoretical 20 minute handicap time. It is significant that 7 people volunteered to marshal at Lawford, while so far there are no names for next week's 10 at Princethorpe!
