Results for 25th June 2014 - Course: K11/10D Onley

A first win of the season for David Newton and a first ride of the season for David Lane. In complete contrast to last week's event on the Braunston course everyone struggled as the course was effectively reversed to include the long climb up to the Timken roundabout. It also proved the old adage that you never recover on the downhill what you lose going up. Conditions were (nearly) perfect, but the slowness of the course was underlined by the handicap times where no one managed to beat their 20-minute target time. On a good note, there were no DNFs, no incidents and Rob Stilgoe got his hat back.
