Results for 15th August 2012 - Course: K11/10W - Wolston

It was a thumbs-up for this new course, despite concerns over the tight turn-off from the A45 at Stretton. The only problem was finding the signing-on location as it was situated in a country lane that very few people knew existed! There appeared to be adequate parking on the verges, so probably a course we might use again next season. The rain had cleared by the evening, but a strong crosswind slowed riders and most were at least a minute slower than they might have expected. The now regular battle between Tim Hastie and Dave Kiernan resulted in a win for the latter by 21 seconds.
