Results for 25th July 2012 - Course: K3/13.6 - Napton

At last some decent weather, in contrast to our previous visit to Napton in May. This time Tim Hastie finished half a minute clear of David Newton who was 90 seconds ahead of Adrian Tayles. Exceptional as Tim's time was, it was exactly one minute slower than Scott Rose's course record set in 2005. Despite our best efforts to brief riders there were several examples of people going off course, but the most significant were Gary Howes and Chris Lodge who effectively led each other astray as they overtook a tractor and ended up doing several additional miles, consequently their times were completely off the scale.
