Results for 13th June 2012 - Course: K10/25B - Princethorpe - A45 x 2

This time Dave Kiernan came out on top, closely followed by Tim Hastie and David Newton. Conditions were perfect (even some riders had to agree) and the first 15 finished inside the hour - and that's on a course which is still alleged to be long! Following complaints last season Mike Bloom had re-measured this course yet we managed to use the wrong mark at the start, so who knows what can be achieved when we next use this course in July? All 42 riders made it back to the finish, although Kate Vanloo had gone off course and Jonathan Jordan only completed one lap of the A45 after a knee problem, recording 42-30 (21.18 mph) for the 15 miles. The handicap was won by Beverley Masterman, closely followed by Collette Marshall and Kirstie Nichols as their form improves.
