Results for 29th June 2011 - Course: K11/10T Thurlaston

Tim Hastie was a surprise winner on the fast Thurlaston course on an evening when 9 riders went under 23 minutes. Apart from Tim there were PBs from Ray Dyke and Paul Peasegood who took the handicap. This is now acknowledged as our fastest course, confirmed when two thirds of the entry beat their net 20 minute handicap target, aided on this occasion by some favourable conditions. Russell Green was the only DNF, withdrawing at half distance with a knee injury. Craig McKee has strengthened his lead in the points table, while Mark Carver has stealthily moved up to head the handicap table.
