A second win for Craig McKee, with the first 6 riders going under 23 minutes. Second placed Peter Wright thought of retiring when his mech became stuck in top gear, but surprised himself when his persistence paid off. For once we had luck with the weather, having a dry event when parts of Rugby had a downpour, but a strong crosswind affected times, particularly early numbers. The three big improvers topped the handicap results although their new times will work through and reduce their handicap in the coming weeks.
