Hywel Davies heads the table of club riders, but it was guest rider Matt Clinton (Mike Vaughan Cycles) who set the fastest time of the evening. In all six club riders went under the hour, confirming this as being one of the faster 25 courses in the area. Tim Hastie and Phil Byrne retired feeling unwell, while Naomi Leugs followed one of them over the flyover, thereby doing a short course and therefore classed as a DNF, but she did around 23 miles in 1-23-10. Dave Gunby and Angus Gordon opted for the 1-loop of the A45, so although technically DNF's they were given a time for 15.05 miles. The handicap was won by Paul Peasegood, able to take minutes off his previous times, whereas the quicker riders are aiming for seconds.
