Results for 6th April 2011 - Course: K11/7.25 Grandborough Fields

A clear win for Matt Plant on the 7.25 miles one-lap course. Excellent conditions for early April, with sunshine and a moderate easterly breeze in total contrast to previous years. The only drawback with this location is that some motorists and tractor drivers view these country lanes as their personal property and seem quite prepared to cause injury to cyclists. One tractor, towing an empty flat-bed trailer, gave several riders a fright as he forced them onto the verge. Fastest ride of the night came from private entry Dave Lane (Blue Sky Cycles).
