Results for 11th August 2010 - Course: K11/10B - Braunston

A clear win for Russell Morris by more than one minute with the chasing pack tightly placed in the 22 to 23 minute bracket. A strong wind on the outward leg gradually faded, so only the early numbers gained from it on the return. At last a PB by a minute and a half for Paul Peasegood - just think what he might achieve when he starts to use his top gear! We're now into the holiday season, so this was the lowest showing of club riders this season, but numbers were boosted by 8 private entries. The points table starts to look interesting as this was event 20 and riders' best 18 events count. Tim Hastie, 'Mr Consistent' has the most to lose and chose to sit this one out, preparing for a longer ride at the weekend.
