Welcome to Rugby RCC's new booking system!

The link to the new site has replaced the previous link at the top of our website homepage, alternatively you can go directly to https://bookings.rugbyrcc.org.uk . There you should be able to log on using your existing password. With the new system you can change this, but if you do then remember that we won't have a record of it, and as it's encrypted the system can't tell us. Along the top you should see the menu tabs that will take you to the pages you have access to.

We've been very liberal in that we've included in the database everyone that's been a member within the previous 2 years. Towards the end of the season we'll delete those who are not paid-up members. If you've definitely 'retired' or 'defected' you can send an email to info@rugbyrcc.org.uk and you'll no longer receive any messages via the new system.

So to proceed:

  1. Check your personal details held on the system and change them if necessary (including your preferred email address).
  2. You will see the next event and a list of numbers, with the names of anyone already booked in. Try and book a number and see if you've been accepted. You could try deleting/changing the number and see if that works ok. If you're not intending to ride in this event, just delete your number. For now, ignore the box that says 'Duplicated Rider'.
  3. Try the option to marshal at a future event.

Please get back to us if you have any comments or questions. We're bound to have teething problems (not least the administrator!), but hopefully nothing so serious that we have to go back to the old system.

If you haven't received an email via the system that's because we probably hold an out of date email address. If you're in our database you should still be able to access the system and update your details, or else please contact info@rugbyrcc.org.uk.
